Keep in mind that the cholegenic (sp?, for sure wrong) acids in Coffee are some

of the most bile stimulating and therefore liver/gallbladder detoxifying

compounds available. this is not to purport the abuse of coffee just to point

out that it is not as evil as some would think. -D

expelled many stones. But I noticed a day or two after the flushes, I

became constipated. After the flushing, I ate fruits and vegetable

soups. The next day, I ate my regular meal (any chicken breast recipe

and 1/2 to 1 cup rice) and no dinner, just a banana or apple.

I may have problems with the food I eat? I still eat white meat-skin

off, fish w/ skin, a bit of lite butter with my wheat bread once a

week, 2-3 eggs a week mixed with the food I cook. I still eat fry

chicken and fish, but this time I really use good oil.

feel that I am already full inside, but they would not just come out.
