Guest guest
what liquids do you drink? experienced constipation after gallstones flushing Hi everyone! I have done 2 gallstones flushings and they seemed successful. Have expelled many stones. But I noticed a day or two after the flushes, I became constipated. After the flushing, I ate fruits and vegetable soups. The next day, I ate my regular meal (any chicken breast recipe and 1/2 to 1 cup rice) and no dinner, just a banana or apple. I was wondering, is it normal to be constipated after flushings? Or I may have problems with the food I eat? I still eat white meat-skin off, fish w/ skin, a bit of lite butter with my wheat bread once a week, 2-3 eggs a week mixed with the food I cook. I still eat fry chicken and fish, but this time I really use good oil. I am thinking of taking some Epsom Salt w/ water to induce bowel movement. Because it has been 2 days and no toilet visits for me. I feel that I am already full inside, but they would not just come out. Is Epsom Salt okay to use whenever I am constipated? Does anyone have the same experience as I have? MLV Get your preferred Email name! Guest guest
Yea same thing did happen to me. I've been constipated due to other reasons other than just flushes though. But you should try the epsom salts that should help get things moving. Also find a place that does colonics. Its smart to do one 2 days after a gb flush. Right now I'm taking a combo of cascara sagrada, Senna, Rhubarb, Gentaian, LIcorice root, Juniper, Buchu leaves and oil of peppermint. Its an all in one capsule by Swiss herbals. On the front of the bottle it says Herbal Laxative. I find it helps but I have to take 1 pill 3 x a day no less than that. Hope things 'get moving' soon Brad > > Hi everyone! >  > I have done 2 gallstones flushings and they seemed successful. Have expelled many stones. Guest guest
I'm not sure if specific liquids affect constipation after flushing, but I drink apple juice, coconut juice, pineapple juice, home made iced tea and lots of water. If juices are out for the day, I just drink water. I stopped drinking coffee, 2 weeks now. Should I include milk? I dont like drinking milk. I only drank milk when I was pregnant, that was 2 years ago. > > what liquids do you drink? > > > > experienced constipation after gallstones flushing > > > Hi everyone! > > I have done 2 gallstones flushings and they seemed successful.
