Guest guest
, I'm guessing two things are happening here. Number one, you're probably eating something you shouldn't that's causing the gas. Dairy, wheat, sugar are common culprits. So is not chewing each mouthful till it's almost liquid since that creates extra enzymes and won't burden your digestive system. Number two, you likely don't have enough good bacteria since that would take care of it too. While enemas and colonics are good to get rid of excessive waste matter you really need to have loads of healthy bacteria to do the job. Also, don't ever mix sweet foods/carbs with proteins/meats. This is sure to cause gas! Listen to the formulator of the probiotic I use speaking about this whole subject. You will learn a lot from this but don't skip around. Listen to it in the proper order: www.kindredaudio.com. If interested, I can email you some files about it too. Use my address: energy_now@... and and me to your addressbook since is not a very reliable email delivery system these days. My website is www.goodskinforlife.com and you will find it under Health products. I had many friends from Ghana when I lived in Germany. Perhaps the fufu mixed with meat is bothering you! If that's your staple, try eating fufu with veggies only and the meat with veggies only. Leave about 3 hours between meals and snacks. If you take the bacteria product than you can repair this to the point where you can eat everything mixed together again, but it will take some time. Hope this helps! > > > > Hello, > > > > > > Hello, > > Thanks for sharing this important information with your friends.
