Guest guest
Thanks for all the advice on where to buy the AF Beta foods..what are these excactly are they a suplement ? Also I was under the impression that Acid cider vinegar was to ease the pain if you felt a gall bladder attack coming on?That is what I have been doing drinking it if my stomach started to go hard and swell as that has usually been the sign that an attack was about to start and so far I havent had another bad attack. I am worried as I am going on holiday for 2 weeks next week and feel nervous that I may get an attack whilst I am away Oh My goodness what would I do in a foreign country and I am alone the first week. Any tips please. Is there anything I can take with me ?Do you think I need to get the AF Beta foods before I go away? Hope I dont sound silly
Guest guest
Apple cider vinegar not only helps with digestion itself, but helps stimulate digestive juices as well. Eating foods that you have trouble digesting stimulates the gall bladder, which is why the stomach trouble often precedes an attack or gall bladder pain. So what you are doing is a good idea, and something I do as well. My 7 year old takes it as well, when his tummy is upset. Works immediately.
