I have tried to find the AF Beta Food locally and so far have had no luck but

one lady at the local herb shop recommended beet root powder and taking 1 tsp.

of organic apple cider vinegar in apple juice several times per day. Does this

sound like it might help me until I can order the AF Beta Food. Also, where is

the best place to order it?

Another lady mentioned a simple one day cleanse where I would eat raw apples,

drink fresh juices and herbal teas all day then I would drink 3/4 cup olive oil

and 1/4 lemon juice before bed. Does this sound like it would help?

Per my other response to you, I would strongly recommend following

You can buy it online - make sure the manufacturer is Standard

Process- they're the best
