Guest guest
I don't know if I would flush while breastfeeding. I did a flush and was really dehydrated and weak the next day. My sister is a nurse and she commented on how dark my eyes were underneath and how drug out I looked the next day. I ended up not having gall bladder issues at all even though that was the first guess because of the location of the pain/pressure. I had gastritis which the doctor treated and it is better. If I knew I had stones, I would probably try a flush but with you breastfeeding I don't think I would try it. The olive oil mixture is not bad. It was the epsom salt that made me sick. Flush and Supplement question I am wondering is it absolutely necessary to do a flush using olive oil? I mean are there any other supplements that you can use to flush? I will admit I am worried about getting sick on the olive oil. Can you take a smaller amount of oil when you flush or is 4oz absolutely necessary? Can I use 2oz instead? Also what do you use to make the bowels loose? Epsom salt? or any other type of fiber supplement? Also is a flush safe when breastfeeding? Thanks so much. **************Looking for a car that's sporty, fun and fits in your budget? Read reviews on AOL Autos. Guest guest
The doctor told me to eat more bland type foods for the next four weeks and he also put me on a medication to coat the stomach so it can heal. Guest guest
I don't respect doctors that use blanket terms such as gastritis. Instead of just giving you dietary modifications shouldn't the doctor be finding out why your producing so much stomach acid in the first place? You should be tested for H. Pylori. This bacterium alters the stomach pH by making it too alkaline. Your body responds by producing more stomach acid and hence over production. It's important to find out why your experiencing symptoms because later on can lead to more dangerous conditions. Even if you think the symptoms are under 'control' so to speak. The medical community is FAR too lax when it comes to finding the root cause of disease/disorders. Try 2 jars of Manuka Honey it has very strong antibacterial effects. It only took 2 jars to cure my H Pylori infection. I had gastritis for 2 years now I no longer have any problems in that regard. If you feel better taking this honey your gastritis was most likely manifesting due to H Pylori. If you don't feel any better then look to liver/bile problems. http://www.manukacanada.com/ This link might be helpful to you: http://digestive.niddk.nih.gov/ddiseases/pubs/gastritis/index.htm Brad > > The doctor told me to eat more bland type foods for the next four weeks and he also put me on a medication to coat the stomach so it can heal. > > > > Flush and Supplement question > > I am wondering is it absolutely necessary to do a flush using olive oil?
