Guest guest
The herbs I use are Cilantro and Yellow Dock tincture www.karenshealthshack.com Also Dandelion is good for heavy metal detoxing as well as gb health. I know these herbs are good for Mercury but they probably also eliminate Aluminum. Dave might know more info on this. I wouldn't only take herbs for heavy metal detoxing. Heavy Metals like Lyme disease can adversely affect several physiological and bio chemical systems within the body. So it makes sense to use more than one method of heavy metal detoxification. Otherwise progress may be far too slow for the treatment to be worth while and even worse you may remain ill. Here is a quick search link that I did, far infrared sauna use is vital to even healthy people. It helps break the bonds of pollutants to fats in the body: http://www.naturessauna.com/detoxification.html Also homeopathy may be beneficial along with the other stuff I've been talking about (Zeolites and EDTA).
