So what would be the protocol for detox of aluminum? What herbs would

one use?

The herbs I use are Cilantro and Yellow Dock tincture

www.karenshealthshack.com Also Dandelion is good for heavy metal

detoxing as well as gb health. I know these herbs are good for

Mercury but they probably also eliminate Aluminum. Dave might know

more info on this.

I wouldn't only take herbs for heavy metal detoxing. Heavy Metals

like Lyme disease can adversely affect several physiological and bio

chemical systems within the body. So it makes sense to use more than

one method of heavy metal detoxification. Otherwise progress may be

far too slow for the treatment to be worth while and even worse you

may remain ill.

Also homeopathy may be beneficial along with the other stuff I've been
