I agree. We need fat but it should only comprise a small percentage of our

I think that most people agree that a low-fat diet is NOT recommended.

The common advice is to consume quality fats. The GB needs fats to

operate properly.

I use coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), and pumpkinseed oil.

Coconut oil is the only oil that you can cook with. You can add EVOO

to foods after they have been cooked when they are a little warm. But

heating EVOO is not advisable. I use pumpkinseed oil as a salad

dressing.

Of course, you will get some fats from other foods as well, but that

should be kept to a minimum for most foods.
