Guest guest
I have same symstoms as yours for the past two years. 3 weeks ago, due to extreme pain I was rushed to emergency and found out I have gallstones. The doctor called them diamonds, the biggest is 0.5cm as seen is the ultrasound. My first flush, was sort of unsuccessful, but I will try my 2nd flush this weekend. But I never had any stomach or back pain attack since then. I instantly change my diet to low fat. Try the ultrasound to confirm if you have gallstones. Then you may start changing your eating habits and observe if you still suffer the same symptoms.
Guest guest
I think that most people agree that a low-fat diet is NOT recommended. The common advice is to consume quality fats. The GB needs fats to operate properly. I use coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), and pumpkinseed oil. Coconut oil is the only oil that you can cook with. You can add EVOO to foods after they have been cooked when they are a little warm. But heating EVOO is not advisable. I use pumpkinseed oil as a salad dressing. Of course, you will get some fats from other foods as well, but that should be kept to a minimum for most foods. > > I have same symstoms as yours for the past two years. 3 weeks ago, due > to extreme pain I was rushed to emergency and found out I have > gallstones.
