Guest guest
I would like to hear what procedure you used. How did you take the Epsom salts and when? Did you follow the Hulda e procedure? 2 weeks is recommended wait period. G Murray mlvallente wrote: > > Hi everyone, > > I did my first GB flush last night. I followed the recipe very > carefully. Guest guest
When u say you followed the receipe very carefully u need to expand on that a bit old chum. I assume u have consulted Dr hulda's site or a similar site- what was your diet leading up to the flush? did u a week of prep? enemas? If GB still bothering you Do u know of AF Beta Food by Standard process? good luck On Sep 26, 2008, at 8:22 PM, mlvallente wrote: > Hi everyone, > > I did my first GB flush last night. This morning I check for gallstones, none appeared. Should I > wait for a few days? Did I use the correct recipe? (1/2 cup olive oil, > 1/2 cup lemon juice, 1 teaspoon Epsom Salt.) Exactly what recipe did you use? Where did you get it? How many doses of epsom salt did you take and when did you take them? Did you eat only fat free foods the morning of the day of the flush and then fast from 2pm on? Did you empty your bowels with an enema some time during the afternoon prior to beginning the flush? According to the protocol recommended by Hulda , (which in my opinion is one of if not the best) 4 tablespoons (not 1 teaspoon) of epsom salt should be dissolved in 3 cups of water which is then divided into 4 three quarter cup doses, and each of these doses is to be drunk at specific intervals. Two of these doses are to be consumed prior to drinking the olive oil/citrus juice potion, and the other two are to be taken the following morning. The timing of these 4 doses of epsom salt is very important to the success of the flush. If you didn't consume the proper amount of dissolved epsom salts according to the appropriate schedule, or if you failed to eat a fat free meal or fast long enough prior to taking the oil/juice, any or all of these circumstances could very well be reasons why you didn't expel any stones. > > Please anyone, advice. When should I do the flush again? After 2 >weeks? Yes, wait two weeks and do the flush again. But before you do, it's important that you learn and use the proper protocol. Here's a link to Hulda 's protocol for liver flushing: http://curezone.com/clark/liver.asp And here's a link to an article that explains how the epsom salt works as a part of the liver flush and why its inclusion is so important to a successful flush: http://curezone.com/blogs/fm.asp?i=985355 Please let us know exactly what you did to flush your liver this last time, and people here can steer you in the right direction so that hopefully your next one will be more successful. elan
Guest guest
I did not use Hulda procedure. I felt, the amount of olive oil is too much for me to handle, so I used just 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/2 cup lemon juice, 1 teaspoon Epsom Salt. Plus I am from the Philippines and the ingredients are bit expensive in our local supermakets, so I decided to take it slow and budgeted. On my next flush, I will follow Hulda e's recipe, strickly no fat meal during the flush day, that would be 2 weeks from saturday. So far, I did not have any GB attacks, because I am watching what I eat. One question though, should the Epsom Salt be powdered or rock in form? Our local pharmacies sell powdered Epsom Salt. Guest guest
Regimen I used with my first flush. My sister's friend gave it to me. 1. For the first five days, take four glasses of apple juice everyday. Or eat four or five apples, whichever you prefer. Apple juice softens the gallstones. During the five days, eat normally. 2. On the sixth day, take no dinner. 3. At 6 pm, take a teaspoon of Epsom salt (Magnesium sulfate) with a glass of warm water. 4. At 8 pm, repeat the same. Magnesium sulfate opens the gallbladder ducts. 5. At 10 pm, take half cup of olive oil (or sesame oil) with half cup fresh lemon juice. Mix it well and drink it. The oil lubricates the stones to ease their passage.
Guest guest
Epsom salts can be powdered as long as they are pure- - you should take 2 tea spoons in 4 to 6 oz of water - also, you might find it easier to refrigerate the epsom salt mixture after dissolving the salts as you may find it easier to ingest after it is cooled off. Try AF Beta food tablets from standard process if your GB acts up before your next flush. If trying 's method pay particular attention to how you lay down in bed - position of the right leg etc good luck FB On Sep 29, 2008, at 8:25 AM, mlvallente wrote: > I did not use Hulda procedure. Hulda 's protocol only calls for 1/2 cup of olive oil, the same amount as you took. Our local pharmacies sell powdered Epsom Salt. I've never seen epsom salt in rock form. The epsom salt I buy here in the US looks like coarse salt crystals and only costs around $3 dollars for a half gallon. How much does it cost where you live? > > Guys, need your support and inputs! Hopefully if you follow the protocol to the letter, you'll pass some stones, or at least some chaff or gravel to begin with. Guest guest
To my fellow Filipinos in this group, you can buy the Epsom Salt (900+ grams) at Healthy Options at 99 PhP (almost $2). I wanted to try the liver flush protocol too but the olive oil is expensive here also the ACV. But I heard that you can substitute Olive oil for Virgin Coconut Oil. Anyway, this is a really helpful group carlo arago <carloarago@ .com> To Sent by: gallstones gallstones@g cc roups.com Subject Re: Re: I did my first 10/03/2008 01:30 flush but no gallstones appeared! Guest guest
To all who responded to my post, thank you all. I am looking forward to my next successful flush. Also, to my fellow filipino who gave me the idea where to buy cheaper epsom salt, thanks to you! I bought the Epsom Salt I used for my 1st flush at Mercury Drug. It was quite expensive, Php184 for 40g only. I will take note of all the inputs I got from this group.
