You may consider getting a blood test for food allergies as I know

that food allergies can cause GB problems. I had the test done

recently. I was not surprised to find out that I am allergic to

dairy and eggs. But I was surprised to find that I am allergic to

flaxseed and garlic.

Doesn't that just sound ridiculous?

From what I've read, olive oil and coconut oil are much better for us than

canola oil.
