Guest guest
Last February, I started taking flax seed every day after discovering how beneficial it is. My stomach started to hurt. I went to ER thinking it would be an ulcer. The hospital discovered that I had a stone stuck in my duct and I have 3 gallstones in my gallbladder. The surgery team took out a 6mm stone that was stuck by .I was admitted later on for surgery to take out my gallbladder. My husband did some research on alternative medicine. I believed in this type of medicine so I refused surgery the next day. My friend's mother, who is an acupunturist, recommended me to take some Lidan tablets. I bought them in Chinatown around 4 dollars. I wasn't too sure if my gallstones came out so I went to a holistic place in Manhattan, NY. He believes my liver is the problem, and it needs a cleansing. They gave me a whole bunch of chinese herbs. The holistic specialist said all my gallstones will come out. He recommended me to come back for acupunture, and also take daily Omega 3 pills and do a parasite cleansing every couple of months. After three weeks, I went for a sonogram in the hospital. The nurse said my gallstones are gone, but the medical doctor still recommended surgery because it is " hereditary. " I found another holistic place that is affiliated with Beth Israel hospital in New York. They accepted all types of insurance, and I thought this was perfect because I couldn't afford going to holistic places all the time. My blood levels are normal now. They recommended that I stick to organic food if possible, more colorful fruits and vegetables, non-dairy diet at least every other week, continue daily flax seed or fish oil, and limit fried foods (use canola or peanut oil if needed). I am going to the parasite cleaner soon and continue going for sonograms at Beth Israel.
