Why hope, lets stack the odds so far in your favor that your success is a sure bet. I want to read of our group members (myself included), putting these little buggers in their place. So lets come up with a great plan for the day you go off the antibiotics. I'd say that replacing your friendly bacteria is the most important thing to do, the moment you go off the antibiotics. And that a plan ahead of time would be a great idea. If we don't re-grow our good\friendly bacteria than the bad bacteria\candidias will just take over our intestines again and it¡s back to itching + scratching. Think " Leaky Gut " . Over the years since my new knowledge of our friendly bacteria and antibiotics, I have wondered if going back onto a good antibiotic would stop this crazy-ness, but just scared to go on a pharmacetical antibiotic again. Maybe stubborness on my part. I'm glad for your success thought. I hope you get to that magical 100% and then are able to maintain it for life... Green P.S. A bit more of my story. In 05 I went on 2 doses of Antibiotics, one right after the other. My little friends left around that time. Gone for 20 months +\-. The one thing I did not do or know about was replacing my friendly bacteria. I'd say that had a huge impact on them returning in Oct 2006. All at one time in 06 I added bananas, carrot juice and gatorade mix to my diet, sugar, sugar and more sugar. And that¡¦s when they came back.
