Guest guest
You are doing yourself and the planet a favor by abstaining from red meat - did you know that the meat industry has a greater impact on global warming than the cars we drive and pollutes the environment more than the cars we drive. So staying away from red meat is good good good. I would hope Angie that you are familiar with AF beta food. If not try it as it works very well and one needs to take it only as needed - I have had a bottle in the refrigerator for over a year. If I feel a twinge one tablet uses takes it away. Good luck FB On Sep 16, 2008, at 5:55 AM, Amber wrote: > > > I have a low functioning GB. I have been attack free since about > Dec. 1st > and only one. Guest guest
I eat eggs all the time. My gall bladder showed no functioning. I use digestive enzymes, apple cider vinegar on a regular basis, and relax after eating. Try an egg and see what happens. Everyone is different! Evie > > I have a low functioning GB. Guest guest
I eat eggs all the time also - no issues. I exercise all the time though. Eat many cooked veggies, salmon, chicken, pork, vinegar, fish sauce, buffalo cheese. Jay Re: Does anyone eat eggs? I eat eggs all the time. My gall bladder showed no functioning.
