OT: Dave and co. what do you guys think of this heavy metal oral detox product?

Haven't seen Jeff Bland in over 20 years. This guy is one of my gurus. When it

comes to science it is the bio chemists like bland and Passwater that are at the

top. Metagenics is the leader in nutritional supplements as a general rule.

Their distribution is really funky here in Washington due to a very old contract

they signed years ago. if I was anywhere else I would probably use a bunch of

their stuff but since I cannot get it wholesale it doesn't make economic sense

for me. The herbs they are using are very well know. Andrographis is big in

both Ayurveda and TCM. It is an excellent anti inflamm, anti oxidant,

detoxifying herb (mainly liver and kidney). The detoxifying properties of

turmeric are also well known and studied. Interested in the addition of hops.

I am surprised that this formula does not contain either garlic or any of the

cruciferous herbs they are high in the sulphur containing thiones which are

building blocks for the same enzymes. You can be very sure that the science

will be good and thorough; Bland does not open his mouth until it is. Gonna be

pricey too I will bet. In my own practice I tend to build a program to an

individual instead of using combo products but again you can bet this one will

be top notch. They sell to only licensed practitioners so you will probably

need to find an MD, OD, or ND willing to get it for you. Thanks for the heads
