Guest guest
I have been having slight problems that I think is my gall bladder for about six weeks. I had an ultrasound that didn't show anything but I still think it is gall baldder. I get slight pressure under my right rib. I have had to episodes that got really uncomfortable after eating two slices of pizza. I think the cheese sets mine off. I went to a chiropractor who used kinesiology. I don't know if it works or not. It was really weird. She would press on my right arm while pressing on different organs. She said my arm gave into the pressure and lowered when she pressed my gall bladder. I really think she was pushing harder then than the other times. I'm not saying that kinesiology doesn't work but I just don't know if she knew what she was doing. She also decided what to have me take by holding different herbal products up to my gall bladder. The one that didn't let my arm give any was what she told me I needed. That was what was really weird. How could my body respond to something inside a glass container? Is there any way she could determine what would help by holding the product up to my gall baldder??? I think she did give me a remedy that is helping that I thought I would share. She told me to mix 1 tsp. of honey, 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar, and 1 cup of warm water in the morning and drink it. She said it gets the digestive system moving and will help. I drink some when I start to feel the pressure. If I am having more severe symptoms, I drink a little 2-3 times per day. It really does seem to help. Re: New to the group Hi , Don't remove yet. If you can manage the symptoms then better. I'm keeping mine it's been 1 month since my last attack and I have changed my diet. Be informed first. It's good that you joined this group as I'm new here too. I just found out last week that I have two gallstones. I have had what I thought was three attacks. Well, the sonogram confirmed it. I am looking for some advice to handle the nauseau and tiredness that I have been feeling. I am suppose to talk with a surgeon next week. Do I remove or not? Several women in my family have had gall bladder problems and have had it removed? Need some advice to get me through. Thanks!

" You and a friend could do it. I test all vit/min supplements I plan to take. My N.D. came to my house and went through all the supplements in my cupboards by using this method. I got rid of a lot of tablets that weren't doing me any good. As far as the apple cider vinegar, you don't need the honey in it. It's okay to use it, but not necessary. It's an excellent way to alkalinize the body. You are heading in the right direction. Amber
Guest guest
Amber, I went to this particular chiropractor because she sells AF Beta Food but she said it would not help me. She gave me a tincture called Gall Bladder Tone by Energetix. She said she didn't want to let me take the AF Beta Food because I didn't need it. I was a little frustrated but I guess she is the expert. Why would it hurt to take the AF Beta Food? Re: Kinesiology - Apple Cider Vinegar > I went to a chiropractor who used kinesiology. Guest guest
Does anyone know if ACV is okay if you have a candida problem? I know that vineger is off-limits, but I am not sure about ACV. Guest guest
On the contrary, do use raw honey in this drink. Raw honey has many benefits, including digestive enzymes and there is a reason the healer recommended it. ACV and raw honey is probably what saved my gall bladder. Not only does it make the drink better, it has nothing but benefits for the entire body. Use the honey! Evie As far as the apple cider vinegar, you don't > need the honey in it. I prefer it without. I was just trying to make the point that, if a person doesn't want the sweetener, they still get good benefits from the ACV without it. Guest guest
It doesn't sound like it would hurt anything, but if she says you don't need it, why take it? Remember that gall bladder problems are caused by different things and one fix for one person may not work for another. I've never taken it and I've still got my gall bladder. I don't have any visible stones, but my HIDA scan revealed no function of the gall bladder. That's good enough for me. Just an insurance policy. Amber
Guest guest
Evie, You said that ACV and raw honey may have saved your gall bladder. How often and how much do you take? Do you take it daily or only when you have gall bladder problems. I really think it has helped me but I have no idea how often I should take it. Guest guest
, For a while I put ACV in all my water. I would only use the honey when it wasn't going in my water bottle. So some days I would get 3 8 oz glasses of the ACV/honey split throughout the day. It made a huge difference in my energy level and digestion. My 7 year old is already starting to have some digestion problems (he is high strung like me) and he drinks a few swallows of the drink and feels better almost immediately. It's good for you even if your system works fine. You can read more at the Bragg's website. I use their ACV w/ the mother. HTH! Guest guest
That doesn't mean that 100% of people require A-F Betafood in order to save their gall bladder OR improve their health. Guest guest
How long can you keep ACV? I have a bottle at home and I don't think it has an expiration date. Guest guest
Sorry, I'm confused. So, how much ACV do you drink per day with or without honey? How much do you mix in an 8oz glass? I assume you don't mix much if your 7 year-old will sip it. I am getting used to the taste but I still don't like it! Re: Kinesiology - Apple Cider Vinegar , For a while I put ACV in all my water. Guest guest
it tastes good - you just have to have a spoonful here and there. Guest guest
I put in a " glug " which usually is about 2 tsp, sometimes a tablespoon, depending on how fast my reaction is! I've put in more, and suffered through drinking it. I am not a vinegar person. I don't even do pickles. And my kids are just the opposite. Once the benefits are apparent, it makes it easier to swallow. Evie --- In gallstones , " Kay " <heatherkay08@...> wrote: > > Sorry, I'm confused. Guest guest
Hey , ACV is very good. I take mine straight from the bottle about 10 minutes before food. It helps initiate the digestive process and triggers HCL production in the stomach. Make sure you get the one with 'mother' in it as I've heard its much better for you (can't recall why maybe someone can?). If the taste really grosses you out you can add it to a small glass of warm water or room temp water. Also drink with your food some kind of herbal tea (blood cleanser, Detox tea, Fennel, Green tea etc). Hot stuff always helps digestion. Cold drinks hamper digestive flow and juices. So try to stay away from cold as much as you can especially close to meals. Anyways thats my experience and my 2 cents. Hope your feeling better, Brad > > > > Evie, > > > > You said that ACV and raw honey may have saved your gall bladder. > How often and how much do you take?
