Guest guest
Are you using epsom salt mixed with water during the day before the olive oil? The flush that I did says to have no fat during the day (nothing after 2:00 pm) then drink the epsom salt mixture at 6:00 then again at 8:00 pm before drinking the olive oil/grapefruit mixture at 10:00. I would not have wanted to be anywhere but home within an hour after the first dose of epson salt. It tore my stomach up. You would be fine during the day if you would be home after drinking the epsom salt. I was fine the next day except some mild diarrhea and stomach cramps. The olive oil mixed with grape fruit juice wasn't bad at all. Just make sure it is fresh squeezed because it seems to mix better. I was pleasantly surprised with the taste especially after the epsom salt. I have only done one flush. I did see small greenish blobs of stuff but I still don't know if it really helped me or not. The ACV seems to help me more than anything but I have not had severe pain. I had no stones on my ultrasound after the flush. I am wondering if I just have a low functioning gall bladder causing my problems. Let us know how it goes. Drinking the olive oil Do you think it is possible to still go to work while you are doing the liver flush/cleanse.Is it just one day at a time ? I am worried i wont be able to drink the olive oil mixture that it will just come back up if I do manage to drink it? Sorry if this sounds silly. You can do all your prep work during the work week. Just drink the large dose of oil on a Sat. or Sun. or whenever you will be off work, if you are concerned about it. It didn't cause me any problems. I did a 9 day flush which means 8 days of prep and one day of drinking a larger quantity of oil. I've posted these flushes here several times. Guest guest
Just a suggestion - mix the epsom salt with some grapefruit juice instead of all water. It goes down a lot easier. It dissolve the E salt with some water then use a large grapefruit freshly squeezed. Kay wrote: > > Are you using epsom salt mixed with water during the day before the > olive oil? Guest guest
Thanks! I'll try that next time. I didn't mind the flush at all except for the epsom salt mixture. I almost got sick twice trying to drink it. I will definately try mixing grapefruit juice with it. It would probably hide some of the strong flavor. Guest guest
For those of you who have had trouble drinking the olive oil mixture and or the epsom salts ( to dilate) may want to consider hypno therapy - have a friend who had great difficulty consuming the olive oil was able to handle it easily after only one session good luck On Jul 6, 2008, at 2:11 AM, feb4512 wrote: > > Do you think it is possible to still go to work while you are doing > the > liver flush/cleanse.Is it just one day at a time ? > > I am worried i wont be able to drink the olive oil mixture that it > will > just come back up if I do manage to drink it? > > Sorry if this sounds silly. > > > Battaglia Tel 818 897 8500 Cel 818 268 5395 fbattaglia@...
