Guest guest
I also jump on a rebounder the morning after drinking the olive oil and grapefruit juice. This mobilizes even more stones and toxins. I did not know that this was good. Plese share more about this. Is a rebounder a little trampoline? Any one, or do you need a certain kind? Thanks! GREAT site I found---I have gotten many homeschooling books, (even Abeka and Sonlight), great literature for the whole family and one college textbook (saved over $50 with this one book). I have never been disappointed in any of the books rec'd. I highly recommend the site! http://tinyurl.com/yrq5xj Re: How many flushes?? Well said Fred and . it would be prudent to delay that surgery. As the symptoms your talking about can be eliminated through flushing. Definitely do a series of flushes as others have mentioned. There are more stones to pass and doing only one flush isn't enough. If you'd like to try it people have been talking about chanca peidra its an amazon herb which can dissolve calcified stones. Dr Reckwig number 7 is taken as well though at different times of the day. I haven't tried this yet though plan too. In the meantime I'm taking dandelion and milk thistle tincture (amazing combo for liver regeneration and gallbladder/blood health) and drinking 1/2 a mouthfull of freshly juiced beet juice every hour for 12 hours each day. Beets contain betaine which can detoxify the liver and dissolve both liver and kidney stones. If you try it watch out for herxheimers or a healing crisis as it will mobilize many toxins within the liver. (I take beet juice 5 days on 5 days off in a cycle to minimize an allergic reaction) I find that stacking these liver support treatments together makes the flushes much easier to handle and more effective. I also jump on a rebounder the morning after drinking the olive oil and grapefruit juice. This mobilizes even more stones and toxins. I also take activated charcoal 2x a day which helps to mop up the toxins dumped out from the liver and gb into the intestines. if you have more questions let me/us know theres lots of well informed people here. Guest guest
Oh, I used to have a mini trampoline that I NEVER jumped on. I'm one of those people that buys things and never uses them. But now I have a jump rope that I never use either. I am hoping to get on it when the ice thaws around here. Is jumping rope just as effective? ________________________________ From: " Classicaledmom@... Guest guest
Yup. The mini tramps are about the movement of lymph. Excellent. However the jumping of rope will work the cardio a bit more but will be a little more impact on the joints... -D Re: How many flushes?? Well said Fred and . it would be prudent to delay that surgery. Guest guest
I got one too Rose and used it, then dropped it but now will use it again. I just do it in the house. My mother nearly fell off her chair when I told her I bought one. ;-) From: gallstones [mailto:gallstones ] On Behalf Of Rose Conforti Sent: Wednesday, January 07, 2009 7:56 PM gallstones Subject: Re: Re: How many flushes??
