Guest guest
You asked what kind of shape I'm in. I work everyday. I'm renitvating a 28 room house 3 floors. About 6-8 hours straight. So I'm constintly, walking up/down flights of stairs, hanging drywall, electrical, you name it. So I consider my self very active. I don't eat fried foods, colas or red meat. My only down fall is I LOVE BREAD.. I eat that all day. Along with salads and veggies, chicken and turkey. Thank you for your help. I took one of those super enzenes and they gave me diariah. Is that normal or am I taking to much. Sorry tmi lol.. My gall bladder showed no functioning. I use digestive enzymes, apple cider vinegar on a regular basis, and relax after eating. Try an egg and see what happens. Everyone is different! Guest guest
Dear Angie, Do u eat all types of bread or are you into whole grains only? I know white bread can be problematic on many fronts. Have you started on A-F Beta Food tablets from Standard Process? If not recommend you get them asap. Also, if you want to treat your GB try this it worked very well for me In addition to the AF Beta food tinctures of dandelion ( organic only) yam root and milk thistle suspended in glycerin really have helped me. If unable to get the tincture the pills will do. Have you considered Dr Hulda 's flush? If you try the flush and it is highly recommended then make certain you take the epsom salts with it. Good luck On Sep 18, 2008, at 4:10 AM, Milby wrote: > You asked what kind of shape I'm in. I work everyday. I'm > renitvating a 28 room house 3 floors. About 6-8 hours straight. I haven't eaten sausage in ages, so I took two A-F Betafood tablets just as a precaution. I routinely take one a.m. and one p.m. Amber
