Thank you all for your replies. I will try eggs. Speaking of relaxing after a

meal. I am exhausted after I eat. What does that mean? Anyone else?

I eat eggs all the time also - no issues. I exercise all the time though. Eat

many cooked veggies, salmon, chicken, pork, vinegar, fish sauce, buffalo cheese.

I eat eggs all the time. My gall bladder showed no functioning. I use

digestive enzymes, apple cider vinegar on a regular basis, and relax

after eating. Try an egg and see what happens. Everyone is different!

One of the reasons people feel tired after they eat is that blood is

diverted to the stomach for digestion and that makes one feel sleepy/

tired

another reason may be the size of the meal

good luck

it is recommended to get off your butt after you eat and go for a walk to pull

away the blood from digestion to your muscles. Try it, you will be surprised

and it is freeeeeeeee.
