Guest guest
Poorly combined meals, meals too big, leaky gut, not getting enough sleep. Is it only after certain foods? I've noticed recently that bread products make me tired for about 3 hours. Nothing else does it. So I don't eat much bread. You can learn more about food combining and other things that might be going on at www.digestive-system-help.com . It is normal for gall bladder and digestive problems to go hand in hand. Anyone else? > > > ~Angie Milby~
