Supposedly it dissolves gallstones and some people pass gallstones after taking it for a certain period of time. Planning on trying this for a month or two then adding chenodeoxycholic acid and/or ursodeoxycholic acid to see how more effective taking them together is. Ill be taking AF betafood as well.
