Hey guys, I experimented with the flush proceedure. Just to see how

my body would respond.

I tried a flush without taking the malic acid every 2 hours and I

hardly got any stones out (maybe 8). Then I tried a flush with the

malic acid and some apple juice every 2 hours for 3 days prior to the

flush and I got hundreds of stones out.

Also I did the same experiment with the epsom salts. Same result

hardly got any stones out when I skipped taking epsom salts. Not only

that but I felt quite ill afterwards too probably because there was

toxins released but not exiting because the bile duct wasnt dialated.

I'm doing a flush tonight been taking the malic acid pills I use

Prarie Naturals (called Mag-Force) every 2 hours about 1500 mg each dose.

Instead of drinking the epsom salts Im going to use it as an enema

again because that seemed to work ok last time I did it. I might try

the epsom salts enema with 1 whole lemon next time to see if it helps any?

Enemas really do suck but I had no choice when I got so weak and tired

I could hardly do anything. They have been SUCH a life saver for me.

1 last thing. This flushing every 4 to 6 weeks. Doesnt work for me.

Its Wayy to slow! Honestly I believe I need like 24 flushes to get

everything out which means a full 2 to 2.5 years of flushing. Thats

not practical for me. Im going to start them every 2 weeks and get

that stuff outa me!

Hope you guys are doin well and keep flushing!

:o)

Brad
