Hey . I think you already know what my opinion is. Most tests

will not accurately reflect whats going on inside of you.

I think if you tried 2 weeks of the salt water flush this might

resolve the discomfort under your ribs.

http://www.cleansingorsurgery.com/saltwaterflush.htm

Try 2 level teaspoons of natural salt (sea salt, celtic, himalayan)

with 4 cups (32 oz, 1 liter) of spring or distilled water. Dont drink

distilled regularly though as it can deplete the body of minerals.

Only use it during cleanses/flushes as it helps drag stuff out of the bod.

If you piggy back a salt water flush onto a gallbladder flush I think

you'll get better results faster. Also try the organic or wild craft

dandelion tincture like I did after the gb flush. I take 40 drops 2x

a day now.

When I get time I'll have to post my latest experiences with the gb

flush and dandelion the day after. WOW amazing stuff!

Brad,

Thanks for the information on the saltwater flush! I hadn't heard of it until

I received your email. I'm going to do my second liver/gallbladder flush next

weekend and would like to do a saltwater flush after it.

I recently read a book called The Amazing Liver and Gallbladder Flush by

s Moritz, and the author recommends a colonic as a first choice and then

an enema via a colema board as a second choice before and after a

liver/gallbladder flush. I was hesitant to undergo the colonic, mostly for

financial reasons, but also regarding the efficacy of having the entire

intestinal tract cleansed. I think a saltwater flush would be a better choice.

Take care.

Actually, colonics cleanse only the colon, not the small intenstine.

The advantage of a colonic over other methods is the fact that the

water cleans the crevices that any other method would not. There is

some pressure that builds up that slightly expands the colon like a

balloon. The result is the removal of fecal matter that has been

lodged for years and sometimes decades. It is expensive, but by far

the best approach to colon cleansing.

This is true!

The salt water flush I would say is not a replacement for a good

colonic and the same vice versa. Cant compare the two both have their

own distinct benefits.

Ideally do both if you can afford it. If not the salt water flush is

much better than nothing.

I wouldn't wait till after your gb cleanse to try it, start it before

the flush. Do it every day for at least 2 weeks. Maintenance for

this could be 2 days on 5 days off sort of thing.

Natural salt is sooo good at promoting healing especially when used

properly.
