It is dandelion root (I wonder if that makes a difference) please do tell if anyone knows. By the way, I put honey in it and it still tastes horrible! > You are making it too strong. It should not be a dark color, but very light and completely transparent. Then it has a sweet, earthy taste that is delightful.
