Hi , So does this mean you have attempted to do at least one liver/gall bladder flush? If so, can you please tell us when you've done these flushes and exactly what protocol you followed? Also, what sort of pre-flush steps did you take? Did you consume any apples or apple juice, or adjust your diet in any way in the days leading up to your flush? Did you eat any foods that contain any fat the day of your flush? Did you eat any solid food after 2pm the day of the flush? Did you do any enemas the day of the flush to help clear your digestive tract prior to starting the flush itself? Have you ever done any other internal cleanses, for instance some kind of colon cleansing or perhaps a parasite cleanse? Is there any chance that you're either taking prescription pharmaceuticals now or that you've taken them in the past? And could you tell us what your diet is like now? When people say they 'can't' do a flush, it often makes me wonder exactly what flush they're talking about, because there are all kinds of different variations out there, many of which may be far less effective than others. It also makes me wonder about what other things may be affecting the proper functioning of the liver, what steps folks are taking in terms of improving their diets, and whether or not they've yet begun to explore any other, complimentary forms of internal detoxification. Also, I noticed that Amber recommended that you might consider taking some A-F Betafood tablets from Standard Process Labs. Have you perhaps considered looked into doing this? elan

Guest guest
Hey Dr , Is this the MD in Mexico that uses the fresh cilantro juicing for heavy metal detoxing? I saved that protocol from curezone I think it was. As I continue using cilantro I noticed that I definitely feel more toxic. I can taste metal in my mouth and I have more fatigue. I think this will be a temporary symptom as I continue to get out heavy metals (I have urine tests to determine this). How would you compare clay bathing and internal clay to the cilantro protocol? Also what do you think of activated carcoal for internal use? If you want you can email me personally, ontarioguy2334@... Guest guest
This dialityc water with increased calcium (free calcium) dissolving properties makes the hard stones soft and then those stones are easily taken away. Guest guest
How bad would it be to do cilantro juicing with mercury fillings in your mouth? I want them removed, but never get the money. I need to detox naturally from lead and arsenic in which I tested high.
Guest guest
Hey . From my exerience chelating whether with natural or drug isnt a good idea until you've had all your fillings taken out. I hope you find the money soon to do it as heavy metals can take a long time to eliminate from the body. I've heard that zeolite is the only thing safe to take when you still have fillings. Apparently you can make your own which is much cheaper. There is a zeolite powder sold online and on ebay I think. I still have to try it though. Cilantro is really good for all heavy metals so Dr Tores is the guy to talk too. If/when you do try the cilantro it would be smart to take activated charcoal and/or internal clay to act as an intestinal chelator to eliminate the heavy metals through stool that have accumulated in the intestines. ALso dont get any flu shots or inoccualtions. Here is a 1.5 hour video on this very topic: http://video.google.com/videosearch?q=mercury+autism & emb=0 & aq=f# Brad > > > How bad would it be to do cilantro juicing with mercury fillings in your > mouth?
