I just took the first dose of epsom salt and water at 6:00. It was all I could

do to get it down but I feel okay now. I know I will have to get another down

at 8:00. Are the morning doses completely necessary even if the stones are

released soon after the olive oil mixture is ingested? I am going to try but I

almost vomited with the first dose of epsom salt.

Also, my family really wants to leave to go on weekend trip tomorrow. Would it

be crazy for me to leave around 10:00 am after attempting to take my last dose

of epsom salt at 8:00? I've never taken this before so I'm not sure how I will

feel or if I will have diarrhea. What should I expect tomorrow morning with

this flush? How soon do you usually feel like eating something light after the

flush?

The family loves you. Don't try leaving after, or, skipping the last doses

of magnesium sulfate unless you are taking a bucket in the car. You will have

diarrhea, that is a given. The last doses are necessary. Life is changing. No

more status quo. This is literally serious shit. Diet changes, lifestyle

changes. You can have your gallbladder removed and continue as usual. It may

relieve your immediate symptoms. It may not. But if it does, it still won't

" cure " the underlying imbalances. These may lead to other things if unattended.

Hey ,

I know the epsom salts are SO narsty. I'm just glad my hockey teams

didn't know about it for the hazing rituals. lol

You know I don't think you need to drink it straight. Some protocols

recommend lemon with it to cover the taste a bit. I think I even

added grapefruit juice to mine. Maybe this hampered the effectiveness

of the epsom salts? I hope not, I certainly got a good flush with

lots of stones and felt better regardless.

ps I haven't tried the epsom salts as an enema yet I'm going to try

that out for the next flush and let you guys know how it goes. Hmmm

maybe a combo enema of organic coffee, epsom salts and baking soda.

I felt pretty good by the next day, but continued to pass stones for

two days. My worst symptom was a sore bottom. Still, I wish I had

taken more time to rest after the flush. I probably should have waited

longer to eat, but was just so hungry. I ate a lot of steamed veggies

with coconut oil that first morning.

Hey , Did the protocol recommend that you do coffee enemas the

day after the olive oil and lemon etc?

If not that is the best thing to do close to the 2nd last and/or last

epsom salts dose.

I do 2 coffee enemas the next day as it helps the gb to contract and

expel even more stones.

Everyone sees stones at different times, some the night of the flush

some the next day. And even some see stones 2 days later. Sometimes

you may not see stones as they may be inside stool.

I'll send you guys what was sent to me for coffee enemas. There are

numerous reasons to do them. The deleterious effects of caffeine are

not experienced when used as an enema.
