Guest guest
I have gallstones and I don't want to have surgery. I would like to do a flush. I am breast feeding my daughter right now and am not sure I can do a flush right now. Also not sure how to do a flush. I'm new to this and need a little guidance. Thanks, Kendra
Guest guest
you should probably not breastfeed for 24-36 hours after ingesting the epsom salts. The toxins released would transfer in the breast milk. You can pump enough milk for a day or two would be a good idea. I would strongly encourage you to flush. I went through many months of gallbladder attacks shortly after I had my last son (6 weeks). The fr said I was right on time for my first gall bladder attack. Apparently pregnancy is hard on the body. Follow the hulda clarke flush with all the epsom salt and grapefruit juice/olive oil mixture. I did not know what I know today and let them talk me into surgery. It was the wrong choice as I have had many problems since then. I still liver flush today 12 years later. It keeps the sludge and sediment from building up. I have actually passed stones with no gallbladder. I prefer to pass them with epsom salts as there is no pain that way. If you choose not to flush please drink lemon in water daily and find the chinese herbs and milk thistle to take. Lemon will help clear out the liver and kidneys. I combine The master cleanser and liver flushes to get a much better flushing to occur. G Murray Kendra wrote: > > I have gallstones and I don't want to have surgery. I would like to do > a flush.
