Guest guest
Hi Brad, I always drink water after I stop eating at 2pm, and throughout the rest of the day into the evening whenever I feel like it on the days I've done my flushes. It's never posed any problem for me. Good luck doing your flush! Will you let us know how it goes for you please? elan > > Am I reading the protocol right? Guest guest
Hey Elan, Thanks for the advice. My flush went well thanks. I got much better results on less oil thanks to the raw beet juice every hour for 3 days prior to actually doing the flush. Actually on this raw beet juice for the first time I could feel bile flowing after eating meals. Grumbling is happening which is something that the flushes never helped. Its the betaine in the beet juice which can detox the liver and kidney and gb stones. Amazing stuff! I only juice about 3 or 4 beets in the morning and take about 1/2 a mouthfull every hour. So this flush my body told me to stop drinking the olive oil and grapefruit juice when I was half way through. So I only ended up drinking about 1/2 a cup of olive oil and 1/2 a cup of grapefruit. I passed probably 60 stones some an inch in size. Probably going to start the chanca peidra and R7 soon. Has anyone ever heard of Triphala? Its an ayervedic (sp?) herbal combo including the Chanca Peidra. Brad > > > > Am I reading the protocol right? Guest guest
Nice, Thanks Steve for typing all that out. Sounds like great stuff. Are you currently taking it? I read a magazine article which talked about triphala containing phyllanthus emblica. Is this the same as chanca peidra? I know both are in the phyllanthus genus. Anyways do you think i'd be better off to try the triphala or just the chanca peidra by itself. Thanks, Brad > > > > > > Am I reading the protocol right? Guest guest
You know it does sound good. Buut I think I'm going to try the chanca by itself first just to see how it changes things for me. Thanks for the great info Mr Dave. Brad > > > > > > Am I reading the protocol right? Guest guest
So flushing doesn't work in your opinion. Tell me why are you on a gallbladder flush forum if you don't believe in flushing? That's about as useful as watching paint dry, get a hobby. And if the information on this forum helps someone out which it has in my case, then selling hope as you put it is a VERY good thing. Som keep selling hope people as it seems to be in short supply especially for Mohammad. Brad > > > > > > > > Am I reading the protocol right? Guest guest
Good luck Munawar, I've always contested for a long time that infection and heavy metals play a role in liver and gb function. So maybe you can focus on that to get lasting benefits. I also believe that the damage and inflammation isn't just isolated to the gb and liver that all organs and tissues can be affected by infection and heavy metals. So getting to the root cause is very important in my opinion. Hope your procedure goes well though, Brad > > > > > > > > Am I reading the protocol right? Guest guest
Munawar, Coupled with the fact that your pain is left quadrant, and this information that your discomfort is when your stomach is empty but feel better when you eat, It is most likely that your discomfort is not from gallstones, whether you have them or not. Please think long and hard before having the organ removed. Checking for gastritis and/or ulcers may be more effective. Try this for the pain: Place the middle of the palm of your left hand on where it hurts the most. Put the heal of your right hand above the crease in your groin on the right side, thumb over your pubic bone, fingers down the inside of your right leg. If you have damaged your right knee or right ankle at some time, use the bottom of your left foot to " bridge " the joint (part above, part below). you are acting as a jumper cable to drain the stuck energy down the right leg. If the pain goes from under your left hand but is then somewhere else, follow it with the middle of the palm of your left hand. this should alleviate your discomfort.... All the best. -D Re: Re: Question about flush proceedure > > > gallstones@gro ups.com <gallstones% 40groups. com> > > > > Date: Monday, January 26, 2009, 6:35 AM > > > > > > Well, it is not about beliveing or not in the flushing , it is about > > > > > > following the instructions of your doctor who is an expert in flushing > > > > > > material and stuff. Guest guest
Dave, I get some mild pain on my left side. I am not sure what is causing this. But I can relieve the pain by massaging in a circular motion my lower right abdominal area. I think someone on this forum had prescribed this remedy, but it has been awhile. If I remember correctly, the idea had something to do with the first part of the large intestine (lower right) that when massaged somehow provides relief to the " spleenic flexure " (upper left). At the time, I was thinking that the problem may have been due to my candida problem. But again, this is all a little vague. Does any of this make sense? Thanks. > > Munawar, > > Coupled with the fact that your pain is left quadrant, and this information that your discomfort is when your stomach is empty but feel better when you eat, It is most likely that your discomfort is not from gallstones, whether you have them or not.
