Mr Heavside stick to your agenda on AIDS

Heavside is interesting because of it’s irony. AIDS is one of the most

politicised diseases. Any commentary on AIDS issues is also a commentary on

politics of health care. As a US resident do you think Indian health care

politics is so scared and any commentary of Indian health care politics is

blasphemous!?. Moderator]

Dear Mr. Heavside

I always read your post regariding HIV in India and have found them very

insightful and informative, including the present one.

I was shocked to read you write about India's policitics (ITEM NO 2 AND THE LAST

PARAGRAPH). I would recommend that you stick to agenda of AIDS on this email

site. If you have axe to grind about the present govt and its politices that

dont pertain to AIDS please use another fourm to vent your feelings.

I see your comments about Indian policitcs being too nosy. Please keep your

political thoughts to yourself. Yes, we need help from foriegners in the filed

of AIDS, but not at thes cost of preaching us how to run our country.

I am not sure which country you come from. As they say in KANNADA " dosas made in

every house, including the rich man's hosue will have holes in them " . Tell me

where you come from I can nitpick on your country.

Remember, you are a guest in India ( I am assuming your not an Indian, If I am

wrong I apologize in advance ) and try to be like one.

Forum administrations plese note that this sort of India bashing should not be

allowed by foriegners on this forum.

We as Indians (and India lovers)will definetly have different policitcal

opinions but letting outsiders take sides should be unacceptable. Otherwise

history will repeat (recall how East India company took over India).

Once again I want to reiterate that I think high of Mr. Heavsides's opinions

about HIV in India and completley agree with almost all of them . But please be

advised that you have crossed the limits by writing about Indian politics here.

We dont need a foriegner to tell us how to govern our country.
