>>> Hi My daughter seems to get bloated alot. she is taking one zyme

and one pep before each meal, it also seems at night before she

finally falls asleep her stomach is churning and making alot of

noises..also it happens if she wakes up early in the morning like

this morning at 0400..any suggestions?

Does she have a yeast overgrowth that you know about? Yeast as well

as bacteria can give off gases during die-off (or growth) that

result in bloating. How long have you been giving enzymes. This may

be something to consider if you just started recently. If she has

been taking them awhile, then it may be something else. Does she

have much soy in her diet (I am thinking of the gases that beans in

general gives off)? Also could you give her eating patterns? Does

she eat a heavier meal at the end of a day compared to earlier in

the day?

Simethicone works for us. Gives instant relief in the

liquid form. The brand we use is Ovul, meant for

babies. Did nothing for her as a baby. Wonderful as

a toddler. Nice peppermint flavor to it.
