May I ask, did you drink any doses of dissolved epsom salt in the evening before you went to bed and/or the next morning when you woke up? >I was SO > SICK all night with a terrible headache and nausea. The next time you do a flush, you might consider sipping on some peppermint tea or perhaps eating a little candied ginger if you feel nauseous, both of which are very soothing to the tummy and can help alleviate nausea. Also, did you give yourself an enema in the afternoon the day of the flush? It's possible that even though you fasted on apple cider for several days prior to the flush, there may still have been some fecal matter remaining in your intestinal tract. The clearer and emptier your digestive tract is prior to and during the flush, the more quickly toxins will be moved out of the body, giving them less time to become reabsorbed which can cause healing reactions like headaches. It's also important to drink all the doses of the dissolved epsom salt, as the magnesium in the epsom salt not only helps to relax the biliary tubes and dilate the sphincter of Oddi, but also helps to expedite eliminations through the alimentary canal in a big way. > I suppose I have to do a flush once and a while and vastly > improve what I eat. Thanks for listening. > Doing a series of say 4-6 of them (every 2 weeks if possible) can be very beneficial for improving both liver function as well as overall health. elan
