Guest guest
Question for you guys. What do you all think? I'm planning on doing a double flush. So instead of only doing 1 flush, I will do 2 flushes but not in the same night. So night 1 I will drink the usual flush ingredients then day 2 I will drink those same ingredients. I know that flushing can be hard on the body and minerals etc. Also theres tonnes of toxins eliminated from a flush and there may not be any stones coming out on the 2nd flush. But for curiosity sake I want to try it and see what happens? If there's anyone out there thats tried this please get back to me. Flushing is helping eliminate my food allergies and I feel MUCH better t hanks to them and you guys! Brad
Guest guest
How many flushes have you done total Tina? If you still have pain you still have stones in my opinion. H said that when you get roughly 2000 stones out you should be clean. But who stands there counting these things? Ew just flush them unless you see something worth 'keeping' I have read that you should stop doing a flush every 2 weeks or every month if you dont get stones out on 2 consecutive flushes. At that point I guess going to maintenance of 2x a year for some is ok. I think maintenance for me will be like 1 flush every 2 months. I have a feeling that due to all the infections, inflammation and heavy metals that I'm going to be prone to producing stones more quickly. Brad > > > > Question for you guys. What do you all think?
