Guest guest
I recently found out that I have a calcium deficiency. I am on a dairy-free diet but thought that I was getting enough calcium through other foods. In any case, I am wondering if a calcium deficiency may limit the effectiveness of a flush. My understanding is that calcium promotes muscle contractions while magnesium promotes expansion or relaxation. Then it stands to reason that if one is calcium deficient, they may not get a good flush as a good flush requires the proper contraction of the gallbladder. Am I reaching here? Anyone with any thoughts on this theory? Thanks.
