Hello,

Inform your doctor that you have been told that you will have to supplement

enzymes bile salts, etc. just to digest your food.  In my case it was not

infected I just had stones but who doesn't.  Never get surgery unless you

consult a Naturpathic Doctor who specializes in digestive system first.  They

will teach you your diet must be addressed to settle down-create the proper PH,

probiotics, drugs will affect the gut and the nerves in your stomach also

hormones over 20 of them.  Be careful that you only put good food in your gut

fresh vegetables.  I wish someone would have informed me before or at least a

" wait and see approach " I only had a few months of discomfort because I was on

all kinds of drugs-not knowing the doctors said it was ok.  It is a process of

elimination in your lifestyle diet, eating before you go to bed.  Never get your

gallbladder out unless it is infected and you have tried every approach to get

the stones out of the bile duct

short of that " don't do it " . They do over 750,000 of these surgeries a year

many of those will have problems the rest of their life.   It's too late for

me-hope this helps...

Subject: Questions to ask the surgeon

I have a consultation with the surgeon on Tuesday, April 28th.

Any recommendations of questions I should ask him?

Thank you.

Chantal
