Guest guest
I'm going on the arise and shine protocol. Ill see how I respond and post the results. Its a 28 day protocol so I have to be dedicated to it. Between flushes it would be wise to use something like this to enhance the effectiveness of nutrient absorption, parastalsis and pathogenic/acid retention. I might eventually try the arise and shine plaque remover with the Master Cleanse involving the lemon, cayenne and maple syrup. http://www.ariseandshine.com/Cleanse28Guide.pdf Brad
Guest guest
Brad, the idea of mucoid plaque is VERY controversial. As you probably know, many say that it is the herbs themselves that generate this rubbery stuff. I have to admit I am skeptical. I would like to try it, but am I wasting my time and money? People have colonoscopies every day. How could this be accomplished if there is a hardened layer of intestinal mucus between the camera and the colon walls in many people. What made you convinced that the idea of mucoid plaque is ligit? Thanks! > > I'm going on the arise and shine protocol. Ill see how I respond and post the results.
