Liver/Gallbladder cleanse results

Hello everyone,

I am the one who just joined this group a couple weeks ago and was just ready to

embark on my 4th cleanse using my N.D.'s protocol.

Here's the results of this cleanse:

I got out about 70 stones this time over 3 days. 1st day were about 50 green

ones with a lot of chaff. 2nd day 4 tan ones plus a parasite about 6 inches

long (N.D. confirmed). 3rd day got out about 20 brown ones, some of them all

clumped together or larger ones. I felt the best after this cleanse than any

other cleanse I have done. I usually have a crash day after my cleanses, but

this one I did not. This time I took melatonin after drinking the oil and was

much more calm and slept more. Also, I tried to walk more the day after taking

the oil, and that probably helped too. However, I was supposed to drink 12 oz.

of oil but only got down 8 oz., and I did throw it up about 5 hours after taking

the oil. But I still did have good results.

I am continuing to read the archives of this group and gaining a lot of help.
