Guest guest
You could also try dosing manesium 3 x a day. Try a product called " Calm " www.petergillham.com On the label it says Calm Plus Calcium. Try to get it in the 16 ounce container as its more cost effective. Many people are magnesium deficient however people with chronic health problems tend to be dangerously low in magnesium. We DONT get enough from our diet due to soil depletion and not letting the land rest between crops. Magnesium is needed in over 300 enzymatic processes within the body and of course poor enzyme metabolism is thought to be one of the main reasons why people become ill in the first place. It performs hundreds of other functions within the body including building of bone and is essential in facilitating muscle contraction. Your heart would stop beating without it. Its damn important stuff! This particular powdered magnesium supplement is not chalky like most other mag supps. It doesnt taste bad and if you mix with juice it actually tastes good. I also like the fact that this supplement includes some of the important nutrients to aid absorption of magnesium into the body. Magnesium Citrate is readily absorbed in the body. If you take too much magnesium the absorption of it will slow down so overdosing is hard to do. Also if you get diahrrea from it you have taken a bit too much. Cut back on the dosage to just below that point. Ingredients: Mag Citrate, Mag Ascorbate, Calcium Gluconate, Potassium Citrate, Ascorbic Acid, D3, Boron Citrate, Stevia, Natural Raspberry and Lemon. Also specifically for men. I was speaking with a wholistic nutritionist. He said that men tend to be more Zinc deficient due to the fact that we have balls lol Seriously its required in large amounts to manufacture sperm. A dulling of the senses is a symptom of Zinc deficiency. I noticed that I couldn't smell things as well as I used too and my sense of touch also diminished. So its important especially for guys to supp with Zinc to help heal tissue, stimulate the immune system and it is also another cofactor for Magnesium absorption. Hope that helps too =P Brad > > > > > > Hi Brad~THANK YOU for taking the time to do this, much appreciated. > > I don't have any sign of arthritis, frbro or auto-immune that I > know of, just some minor osteo on my thumbs. > > This constipation thing is not normal and I just don't feel as > good as I could, and it's been that way most of > > my life.
