you may be getting me mixed up with someone else

Epsom salt dilates allowing stones easier passage and the only time I

have suggested using it is when one is preparing to flush.

good luck

Here is what you had said: I would like to try this.

By the way I failed to mention that you can use a castor oil compress

over the gb

that may help

here are some more suggestions

Castor oil pack over gall bladder for 30 minutes

Epsom salt compress over the gall bladder for 30 minutes

Drink 6-8 glasses of water (good, reverse-osmosis filtered water) per

day to maintain the water content of bile

At bedtime, drink 1 oz. olive oil, then drink 1 oz. grapefruit juice

or lemon juice (this causes the gall bladder to contract)

Before breakfast on an empty stomach, take one tsp. of table salt in a

glass of hot water (stir thoroughly). After drinking, return to bed

and lie 45 minutes on the right side. Do this once or twice a week.

Daily exercise

Speaking of sea salt, my osteopathic doctor says to stay away from it as it

contains too many contaminates.

Does anyone have any info on this or at least an opinion? Thanks.

Real Salt- the brand name that this sea salt is sold under is very

good for you and I would like to see the research that your osteopath

is using to render this opinion. Very skeptical.

Just did a quick Google on sea salt contaminants and found the following. The

author of this was trying to sell you on the idea that his sea salt does not

have the contaminants that others have:

*******************************************************************

The Trouble With Sea Salt........

Solar drying of salt, used in the production of Celtic salt, exposes the vast

brine ponds and crystallisers to the atmosphere, bird life and other land-based

animals. This inevitably makes the raw salt stockpile susceptible to atmospheric

fallout and animal contamination. From a consumer's point of view, the main

problems with Celtic or 'natural' sea salt are contamination and authenticity.

The issue of contamination is plain enough, however, its authenticity,

by which we mean the presence of the original constituent mineral elements of

sea water, is a little more complicated. The natural salt stockpile is often

washed to 'purify' and remove excess magnesium, which renders the salt whiter,

cleaner and dryer. However, what is lost in the process are many of the other

constituent elements of sea salt, which alters its basic ratios and

constitution.

" The trouble with sea salt is that the oceans have been turned into waste

disposal-dumping facilities and are being polluted with heavy metals like lead,

cadmium, arsenic, mercury and more. Oil disasters and leaking tanks frequently

cause headlines as they pollute our oceans. The poisons from these sources are

harmful to our bodies. Today, sea salt doesn't have the same positive impact on

our health as it did in the past. Also, 89% of all the sea salt producers are

refining their salt! " *
