Guest guest
Coffee enemas are done with organic ground coffee, several places on the internet that describe them, but basically you put 2 tablespoons of organic coffee in with 1 qt. distilled water, bring to boil for 5 minutes, then allow to steep for 10 minutes till temperature lowers to a tepid temperature. What needed: An enema bag or bucket, preferably one of clear plastic that you can see through A large stainless steel cooking pot Organic coffee fully with caffeine, drip grind coffee A source of distilled water. Chlorinated water should be boiled for 10 minutes. Prepare a location, prepare for spillage, lay on your right side when preforming this, and stay close to a toilet. May do another shortly after the 1st one, just be aware that you need to hold for at least 15 minutes before expelling. http://www.ineedcoffee.com/01/enema/ > > > All this talk about coffee animas, but how do you do them? Guest guest
I think Elan already responded to this post with some good advice about castor oil and chlorella. The only advice I would give in addition to that is try not to rely on one method of detoxification too much. I used to do coffee enemas 2 or 3x a day. I eventually became allergic to the coffee. It's an amazing detoxifier especially if used with charcoal, chlorella, castor oil but when I got allergic to it I noticed swelling in my colon which did lead to more constipation. So maybe try to do it every 2 or 3 days and get checked for allergies using electrodermal screening or applied kinesiology. I'm using BIE (Bioenergetic Intolerance Elimination dontsneeze.com) its slow but the allergy elimination is permenant, Emotional Freedom Technique: can eliminate some lifetime phobias, fears or emotional problems which are often attached to food allergies, Beam Allergy Elimination: havent tried this one yet but it looks really interesting. I now do a coffee enema if I have too (migraine), but I rely also on far infrared sauna, and colonics as detoxifiers as well. Brad > > > All this talk about coffee animas, but how do you do them? Guest guest
Thankyou for all the input on coffee animas. I plan to do as much detoxing as I can soon, but have been moving and have not had the time. Good to have and save all this information.
