I did the Hulda Liver/Galbladder flush and got no stones. I did it

absolutely exactly as the directions stated. I never felt ill, nor did

I feel tired, and did not experience the trauma of sore butt that

people talk about it. I only went about 6 times a day each day. Thus,

I didn't go enough to get a sore butt. I was coming out clear the last

several times. I wonder if I tend to be too dehydrated for it to

work. I did drank apple juice for days before hand, since I usually

drink it anyhow. I also take malic acid daily. Do you think all my

stones were dissolved? I never have had the classic galstone pain, but

I always have bloating and indigestion. I do feel lots better since

doing the flush, and I can think really clear. I did benefit from it

and can't wait to do it again. I guess next time I will take that herb

I see mentioned that can bring stones forward. Maybe I need to drink a

little more as well since I get dehydrated. I don't know. I used

freshly squeezed grapefruit juice and regular olive oil, not the light

stuff. Thus, I can't imagine why I did not get stones.

In regards to your bloating and indigestion you may want to take 1

teaspoon or 2 of baking soda dissolved in luke warm water after meals

to address the indigestion.

good luck
