Guest guest
This might be late but I took the advice of another lady that had been doing the flush every two weeks for 4 years. I drank lots of water. She said the Epsom salts tend to dehydrate. So I did and I think I felt better for it. I thought I read from the H protocol not to drink anything including water from 2pm when we stop eating to 6 pm (1st dose of epsom salts). I don't want to dehydrate myself as that seems to happen quickly. Any imput? Guest guest
Thanks . I agree hydration is even more important before a flush. So ill heed your advice. Here's some more info I received from a fellow flusher: According to s Moritz, you should not eat or drink anything (except water) after 1:30 p.m. on the day of the flush. Regarding drinking water, he states that you may drink water at any time during the liver cleanse, except right after and before taking Epsom salts (allow about 20 minutes). Also, avoid drinking water from 9:30 p.m. until 2 a.m. (if you happen to wake up). Apart from that, you can drink water whenever you are thirsty. Hope this helps. > > This might be late but I took the advice of another lady that had been doing > the flush every two weeks for 4 years. I drank lots of water. Guest guest
Hi Rose. I agree with you and I am taking the same precautions as you. I am taking chanca piedra and started the lethicin with every meal. I feel so much better. Have not done my second flush yet but it's time. I can feel it. It's been about 6 weeks or so. Also taking ACV 2-3 times per day as well. I feel so much better. Anything else we need to be taking? Anyone? The reason I ask is because for me, I have been able to stabilize my condition and avoid attacks by eating right and taking lecithin at meals and chanca piedra. I would like to add more stuff. Having stabilized my condition then I proceeded with doing a flush. I plan on doing this indefinitely until a noticeable change occurs. just curious. rose ________________________________ From: Munawar Rasheed <munawarr@... <mailto:munawarr%40gmail.com> > gallstones <mailto:gallstones%40> Sent: Monday, January 26, 2009 2:44:34 PM Subject: Re: Re: Question about flush proceedure Yeah, as mentioned earlier, i am meeting my surgeon to make myself in the que otherwsie i will investigate it thoroughly before i go into the opeartion room.......i hope i will be able to save my gall bladder...let see On Mon, Jan 26, 2009 at 2:41 PM, Battaglia <fbattagliamac (DOT) com> wrote: > it sounds like u want to trust your doctor but from your letter u have > questions if u should proceed. I get it from vitacost. I do not have any symptoms at all now. What kind of lecithin do you take and where do you buy it?Also, how do you take the ACV. I pour it on the salads, but otherwise do not take it all day. I do love to drink hot lemon water daily too. Or put lemon in the green tea. Here is a great site for families to trade books.? I have gotten many homeschooling books,? (even Abeka and Sonlight), great literature for the whole family, MANY health books, ?and one college textbook (saved over $50 with this one book).? I have never been disappointed in any of the books received.? I highly recommend the site! http://tinyurl.com/yrq5xj
Guest guest
Forgot to mention that I am also taking a liver cleansing formula, a liquid that has milk thistle and more in it. The lethicin I am taking is made by Flora. Do you know of something better? I take an ounce of ACV in a shot glass. I should drink the hot water with lemon as well, I did a few times and haven't since then. Thanks for your help . Yes, I recommend milk thistle. I get the one that also has tumeric with it.
