Guest guest
Congratulations ! Sounds like you had a successful appointment and very reassuring. And keep on jumpin' -- as we say in NY. I was going to cancel it but decided to go out of curiosity. After going through my history of two attacks, the pros and cons he actually told me I should think about not having this done. He said with the changes in my diet I could be just fine going on the way I am. He also told me that I could go down the road to another surgeon that was money hungry and he would take it out without batting an eye. My mouth just about dropped because this was not what I was expecting to hear. He gave me his card in case of an emergency though and wished me luck. Said it sounded like I had biliary colic more than anything and I think he is right. I had to giggle though when he said there was a chance some day that a stone could get out and lodge itself somewhere and cause problems. I thought to myself, no, the Epsom salts will take care of that. LOL. So long story short there are still some Dr.s out there that would rather save it than cut it out if we can help it. I was pleased. So keep on flushing everyone. ..in Canada.
Guest guest
, hang on to that guy. There aren't many of those doctors around! He gave great advice, maybe you should get him interested in flushing. That way he can come over to the light side. Brad > > I had a very interesting appointment with the surgeon this morning.
