Guest guest
I have had very dry skin most of my life. It has been a nightmare. I have wondered if that may be attributable to the casein or the lactose. Over the last couple of years my skin has been better than ever, although not perfect. During that time, I have been dairy-free and gluten free. I have also done several liver/GB cleanses. I have also overcome a life-long candida problem. So I am not certain what to attribute the skin improvement to. It would be easy to say " probably a combination of things " . But my guess is one of the above, just not sure which one. Any thoughts are welcome!
Guest guest
It may be a blessing staying away from dairy that is! Guest guest
Raw milk is illegal for HUMAN consumption in most states, but is still available, I'm pretty sure in every state. It is for " pet " consumption. Although here in KS, our supplier is perfectly honest with the state about who shops at the farm and why. The state will not interfere unless they break certain codes; I believe one of them was advertising and publishing prices. You have to find out about it through word of mouth locally, or you can find them online. Here is a list http://www.realmilk.com/where.html If you can't find raw milk near you, you can contact a supplier in your state who may know someone near you who isn't listed. Have a blessed day! Guest guest
Raw Milk is not available here in NV. and it is illegal to sell it here, as I have looked into these matters back when I still wanted to buy raw milk. I know each state has their own laws regarding raw milk, so each one can vary in what is allowed. Florida also allows raw milk to be sold for pets only, but NV does not allow for this, and raw milk cannot be sold here. It has been outlawed, which is just plain stupid! I have looked into getting raw milk online before, from another state, as there are not many cattle ranches in NV. As cattle cannot be raised on dust and cactus which is what grows here. That's why I mentioned paying $8 per gallon before shipping cost is added. Paying $8.00 per gallon is just nuts, so I'm sticking with my Coconut milk as a replacement, it has no added hormones or other nasties. " Actually, Nevada is quite a BEEF cattle ranching state, especially up north. You just won't find many DAIRY cattle operations, as dairy farms require a lot of water, good pasture etc. I have a friend who works for the Nevada Farm Bureau who wrote an article on a dairy goat operation in Nevada, for the NFB newsletter. Guest guest
Okay I stand corrected, I should have said southern NV.
