New - Stone in duct?

Hi All-

I've been following the list for a month now, but I still haven't done

the flush. I've only had one attack, last month, and was misdiagnosed

at 2 ER's until my urine was very dark. Only then was an ultrasound

suggested, where gallstones were found. I was immediately given the

name of a surgeon and directed to make an appointment.

I still haven't called the surgeon and I haven't been in pain since

that one night. My problem now is that my bilirubin (direct and total)

is still elevated. From what I've read, I'm thinking this is due to a

stone in my bile duct.

I'm trying the apple juice, the ACV...I eat a pretty decent diet.

I've been off of meat for over a year, no caffeine/sodas/partially

hydrogenated in my diet, and I'm not overweight. Can I pass a stone

that's already in the duct with the flush? I really want to exhaust

all my possibilities of healing on my own before calling the surgeon.

My doctor mentioned that the surgeon may try to go in after the stone

instead of taking out the gallbladder, but I really don't want that

either!

They were very vague about the ultrasound. I don't know how many or

the size of the stones that were seen. I would like to get more

information on that, but it's like pulling teeth getting that kind of

information out of my doctor.

Any ideas/suggestions on what to do with a stone partially blocking a

duct would be greatly appreciated!
