Guest guest
Hello , I had the same problem. I went to the doctor thinking I had pylori. I was tested for it, and it was negative. I thought it was just an allergy to coffee. I had indigestion and gastritis. Apple cider vinegar worked for a while but after Christmas dinner, I thought I was going to explode. Now that I know I have gallstones I have changed my eating habits, not eating as much and eating even healthier than I was. This has made a huge difference. I take lemon and water each morning when I get up. (Half an organic lemon in hot water) I don't know if it is just my body saying I needed it, but now I love the stuff, and think it is a great way to start my day. I haven't had a gallbladder attack. But, I feel so much better. No more gastritis or indigestion. I eat very little fat except for flax seed oil, and a 3-6-9 combo from the health food store, that I always took. I drink a lot of chamomile, peppermint, or ginger tea. I don't think one thing works for all of us. Try experimenting. I already had a collection of teas in the cupboard. Now, I am making better use of them. All the best, Chris

Guest guest
I'm the same way- do almost the same exact things you do. We probably even use the same 3-6-9 oil. And I have a nice collection of teas! lol Have a blessed day!
