Guest guest
, Pregnancy is a typical time for people to start having gall bladder symptoms due to the fluctuating hormones. Not to mention, once that baby takes up lots of your abdominal space, all kinds of things start happening. I would start practicing food combining. You can google this. Basically, you don't eat starches w/ meats, eat fruit by itself, and veggies can go w/ meat or starches. Always eat fruits 30 mins before other foods, or a couple of hours after eating. Eat small meals, and use lots of olive oils. See if you can find Bragg's salad dressings and try them. They saved my life!! Start drinking lots of water with apple cider vinegar. See if you can find digestive enzymes that are safe for pregnancy. Don't avoid an entire food group during pregnancy. Combine them correctly! I can eat as much dairy as I want, but have to watch the breads. Follow your instinct and eat smart. (And for what it's worth, I can eat fried foods.may need a digestive enzyme w/ it, but I have it every once and a while). Good luck! Have a blessed day!
