Guest guest
Go slow my dear. No need to rush into a flush- being pregnant you should slow down- I am not certain that you will be able to flush with the pregnancy - get your diet under control first - that will be the most difficult thing - learn, unless you already do, to like raw vegetables - or lightly steamed- cut out white flour - eat only whole grains and no more than 3 or 4 pieces of fruit a day - brown or wild rice only - get the AF beta right away - remember u only need to take them as needed - stay away from dairy especially domestic cheese but eat a balanced diet Sure you will get plenty of insights of how to proceed from here - if u are not exercising - start - Good luck FB On Oct 1, 2009, at 9:35 AM, Mom2SavNSyd@... wrote: > Hello Everyone, > > I did a very bad thing yesterday I are some fried food, and as I am > sure you can guess I had an attack. Guest guest
The general rule in natural health in regards to pregnancy is not to use anything that stimulates a downward energy. The flushes are just that. Better to attempt to manage the condition until your child can be on other food for a couple of days before flushing. Lots of water, good quality oils, lecithin, and liver protective herbs and foods like milk thistle, artichoke, beets, etc. Enterically coated peppermint oil might be a good choice to try and keep it out of spasm. -D Flush Questions and Attack Question Hello Everyone, I did a very bad thing yesterday I are some fried food, and as I am sure you can guess I had an attack.
