Guest guest
The best Vitamin C I have used is buffered Vitamin C from Thorne Research. Buffered Vitamin C with Ascorbate is actually clinically shown to protect nerves from the oxidative damage that we all have from the various pathogens and toxins. I take it myself and it gives me a cool, tingly feeling, but not cold. Its cool to experience it. Guest guest
Can anyone tell me if calcium ascorbate and calcium citrate are the same thing? I am trying to get a vitamin C that is non acid forming in the body. All I can find is calcium citrate but it tastes just like calcium without vitamin C and I am trying to get some vitamin C into me without the acid forming qualities that most have.
