From: Beth Dryden <beth@...> Subject: On and off fever for 6 days? gallstones Date: Friday, August 7, 2009, 9:09 PM I forget, is it OK to do a GB flush while possible having symptoms? Would and on and off fever for 6 days and then finally slight shooting pain in the right shoulder, rib cage, and kidney be a GB attack coming on? I do have some congestion in my chest and currently about to take my last antibiotic (day 5) but nothing is getting better. I try to push where by GB is supposed to be and I feel no pain. I was at ER yesterday and have a clear chest x-ray, clear urine and the only odd thing about my blood is that I'm anemic (hemoglobin was 9.9) and my white blood cells were slightly elevated (13 or 13,000 whichever is slight). I just started steroids last night to help me breathe since I have asthma also. ER doesn't know what's wrong with me and asthma doctor that I saw today doesn't know about this weird fever either. Does this sound like it could be my GB? I want to do a flush tomorrow, but not sure if I'm supposed to or not. Thanks for any replies! Guest guest
Well I went to the emergency room last night and found out I have mono! Mono causes on and off fever and it also makes your liver enlarged so that it is pushing up against you gallbladder, causing gallbladder pain when the gallbladder is working. They did a ultrasound of my organs and said there were no stones at all in my gallbladder! So that those couple of flushes that I did 3 years ago really worked (got 500+ stones out). Guest guest
I did not have an ultrasound before, but I was having gallbladder pain. I used the flush that Wilderness Family Natural told me about when I was ordering their coconut oil. I tried to find it on the internet now and can't find it. It was the flush where you don't eat anything the night before after 10:00. Then the next day eat no fat, then beginning at 6:00 drink water with 1 tablespoon (I think?) of Epsom salt mixed in. Do the same at 8:00 and then at 10:00 be all ready for bed and drink the extra virgin olive oil with lemon juice (4 oz olive oil and 4 oz lemon juice), lay down on your side (which side?) and sleep. I think you are supposed to drink another Epsom salt/water in the morning at 6:00 or 8:00 too? Then sometime in the morning you get diarrhea and poop out the stones. I did try to do the flush several months later and nothing came out - I guess that I was just empty. One time I tried, I through up the olive oil / lemon mixture and got the diarrhea way too early . But the first 2 flushes I did were successful. Guest guest
Mono is short for mononucleosis. You can Google it to get tons of info on it. It is a virus and most people are exposed to it as children or adolescents. It's like chicken pox, you only get it once. I remember my sister getting it in college and having to take a semester off because of it. It can make your spleen triple in size and your liver enlarge also. It causes on and off fever and makes your very tired. It can last up to 6 months. The older you are when you get it, the harder it can be to get rid of it (I am 41). Children exposed just get flu or cold like symptoms and don't even know that they have it. I just got the diagnosis on Saturday night and my husband is trying to hurry me into getting well so we can go on a fishing trip with the kids this weekend!!!! Guest guest
I have read Hulda s stuff and it seems so complicated! I think the flush that I did is based on hers but VERY simple. Here is how I did it: Day 1: Don’t eat any FAT or OIL after 10 PM Day 2: Don’t eat any FAT or OIL . Some people suggest to not eat any solid food at all after 2:00 PM to avoid nausea. Drink plenty of water and juice if you want. (not eating fat will make your gallbladder get really full and bulging) 6:00 PM -- Drink 8 oz of water with 1 tablespoon of Epsom salt mixed (dissolved) in. (this does not taste salty, but like metal. Really cold water helps to guzzle it down.) 8:00 PM – repeat what you just did at 6:00! (the Epsom salt will make the muscle tissue around the duct of the gallbladder relax so stones can get out easier) ( and will also give you diarrhea in the morning.) 10:00 PM – Be all ready for bed by this time and have this beverage ready at the side of your bed: ½ cup extra virgin olive oil and ½ cup fresh lemon juice. I combined these 2 ingredients in a large sippy cup and shook it up really well to mix it up. Guzzle down this down and lay down on your right side to put pressure on your gallbladder. I usually ended up sleeping on my back and it still worked. All of this oil at once will make your gall bladder open up wide and push out the stones. I’ve been told that you can use fresh grapefruit juice as a substitute for lemon juice so it tastes better. The lemon/grapefruit juice helps moves toxins out of our body, I think. I’ve also been told that the timing of all of these steps are very important. Stay in bed all night long or as long as you can so the stones will come out. I felt no pain, although I did feel a chain of stones moving out once. Day 3: 6:00 AM – Drink the 8 oz of water with 1 tablespoon of Epsom salt again and expect diarrhea all morning long. Remember, I am not a doctor (not even close). I am just sharing what someone else shared with me that I know worked very well for me, because 3 years after getting hundreds of stones out with this flush, my ultrasound shows no stones. Although I have heard that most people will gets stones back and will need to repeat the flush. I have very low bad cholesterol and very high good cholesterol from eating so much coconut oil – maybe that’s why my stones didn’t come back? It was the coconut oil sales people who told me about this flush! Beth From: gallstones [mailto:gallstones ] On Behalf Of deniztex@... Guest guest
Mono is a corona virus. It is the exact same virus as Epstein's Barr virus actually. Really messes with your nucleus of your blood cells. The reason they call it mononucleosis is that during mitosis when the blood cell is splitting into two cells, there is only one nucleus so the other cell dies almost immediately and cannot reproduce. Beth, if you are feeling well enough to go on a fishing trip by the weekend, it will be almost a miracle. Of course for some of us the idea of going fishing can create miraculous recoveries... -D On and off fever for 6 days? gallstones <mailto:gallstones%40> <mailto:gallstones%40> <mailto:gallstones%40> Date: Friday, August 7, 2009, 9:09 PM I forget, is it OK to do a GB flush while possible having symptoms? Many stones will be seen in the toilet upon the first bowel movement after a liver cleanse. It may take several cleanses over a period of months to clear all of them out from the liver. Following a liver cleanse, it is useful to have several coffee enemas to pull further toxins that are stored in the liver. Use organic coffee beans, and about a quart of coffee each time, retained for ten minutes. Replace intestinal bacteria by taking acidophilus and soil-based organisms (SBO) for a week after a liver cleanse.

It is also often added to bathwater where it makes for a very soothing soak that helps to relax the body and ease muscle soreness and joint pain. When consumed in the recommended doses as a part of a liver flush, epsom salt does two things. First, it has a strong laxative effect which helps to quickly move any released stones and gravel through the intestines and out of the body in the form of watery stool. Secondly, the magnesium in the epsom salt has a relaxing/dilating effect on the biliary ducts so stones and other matter released during the flush can travel freely through them to be eliminated via the bowel. If you're able to locate some epsom salt for sale and plan to purchase it to use as part of a liver flush, just make sure it's labeled 'food grade' or for internal use as a 'saline laxative,' and it should be perfectly safe to consume. Good luck! Elan
